Lesson Policies
24 Hour Cancellation – 24 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a lesson. Lessons excused due to illness or emergency situations can be made up within the same week or as extended lessons in following weeks.
Same-day cancellation – If the student cancels on the same day as the lesson, the lesson will be charged and there will be no make-up, or refund for that lesson.
Unexcused Lesson – If the student does not give notice of absence the lesson will be charged in full. There are no make-ups or refunds for unexcused lessons.
Instructor Cancellation – In the event that the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, the student will have a choice to make-up the lesson or to credit their lesson for future lessons.
